Seth Bradley, Esq.
Founding Partner
Seth Bradley, Esq. is a seasoned securities and real estate attorney with over a decade of experience representing clients in complex securities transactions, real estate transactions, and capital-raising initiatives. He has advised on and closed billions of dollars in private securities and commercial real estate deals, guiding sponsors, fund managers, and entrepreneurs through every stage of structuring, compliance, and execution.
As the Founding Partner of RaiseLaw, Inc., Seth leads a boutique securities law firm focused on helping clients navigate the legal and regulatory complexities of syndications, funds, and fund-of-funds structures. His practice emphasizes practical, business-minded counsel that balances investor protection with deal velocity, ensuring clients can confidently raise capital while remaining compliant with federal and state securities laws.
In addition to his legal practice, Seth is an experienced fund manager, real estate investor, and startup executive, offering clients a rare perspective that bridges legal precision with entrepreneurial execution. This multidisciplinary background enables him to structure creative solutions that align with both business goals and regulatory requirements.
Seth frequently speaks and writes on topics including capital raising compliance, fund structuring, and real estate syndications, and is recognized for his ability to translate complex securities laws into actionable strategies for business owners and investors.
He earned his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of San Diego School of Law, where he also served on the Law Review. He holds an MBA from Arizona State University and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from West Virginia University.
Seth is admitted to practice law in California and represents clients nationwide in private securities and real estate matters.

Omid Yousofi, Esq.
Managing Partner
Omid Yousofi, Esq. is a seasoned attorney and real estate broker with a proven track record of structuring and closing high-value investment deals. As a Partner at RaiseLaw, he helps fund managers, syndicators, and real estate investors navigate the complexities of securities laws and capital raising, ensuring their deals are fully funded, quickly, compliantly, and efficiently.
With 20 years of experience in real estate law, development, transactions, finance, and corporate structuring, Omid has closed and advised on hundreds of high-return transactions, totaling billions of dollars across multifamily and commercial real estate, real estate development, and large-scale public-private partnership (P3) infrastructure projects. His unique background as a civil engineer enhances his ability to evaluate deals from technical, financial, and legal perspectives, offering clients a multidisciplinary advantage in structuring complex transactions.

Elizabeth LaSelva, Esq.
Associate
Elizabeth is an Associate of the firm. She received her B.S. in Environmental Studies and Public Policy from Berry College in 2020 and her law degree from Georgia State University's College of Law in 2023.
During law school, Elizabeth interned with many different organizations, including the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. She also spent time volunteering with different organizations such as Legal Aid, Paws Between Homes, the Student Health Law Society, and the Student Environmental Law Society.
Elizabeth has experience in real estate transactions, environmental law, land use law, business law, and business sales and acquisitions.
Elizabeth currently lives in East Cobb with her fiancé and her dog Luna. She enjoys being outdoors, spending time with family and friends, cooking, exercising, and spoiling her dog.

Mike Beville, Esq.
Of Counsel
Mike Beville advises operators, sponsors and investment groups on a variety of corporate and securities matters, including private issuances under Regulation D, with a primary focus on real estate capital raising and investment structuring. During his career, he has worked on securities offerings totaling more than $1 billion in aggregate value, supporting clients across a wide range of syndication sizes, fund structures, and private placement strategies.
In addition to his legal practice, Mike is an active real estate investor and has served in a variety of roles including as a sponsor in his own real estate syndications. This direct ownership and capital-raising experience gives him a practical, business-first perspective when advising clients—helping them navigate securities compliance while staying focused on closing deals, managing investor relationships, and building scalable investment platforms.

Natalia Ojeda
Paralegal
Natalia Ojeda's focus is on helping clients purchase and sell commercial real estate. She manages all aspects of syndication deals, including SEC filings and notices, and works closely with attorneys, title companies, and brokers.
With her keen attention to detail, Natalia ensures that all aspects of a transaction are taken care of, providing clients with the peace of mind they need to focus on their core business. Natalia is widely respected in the industry for her integrity, expertise, and dedication to her clients.

Michelle Casillas, CCIM makes complex, time-sensitive commercial real estate transactions feel simple for real estate developers, investors, attorneys, lenders, landlords, tenants, brokers, and title companies. She leverages technology, people, and processes to minimize challenges that can delay closing, increase costs, and negatively affect an investment offering.
